What is Tie Your Fees?

Tie Your Fees is a nostalgic blog. People like me, who were born in the 70s, grew up in a unique time in Indian history. The Indian society has changed more during the last couple of decades than at any other time before.

Culturally and politically, there were continuous changes. Gone were the decades of rule by the same political party. Gone was the closed attitude towards business and entertainment. The world shrunk and we were suddenly exposed to a lot more, on TV and on the Internet.

The name "Tie Your Fees" can be understood by my fellow Tamils - all you need to do is translate this literally to understand this unique Tamil-English phrase.
